G-llama-rous birthday by Candice

I have a second card for you showcasing some more new stamps and dies for the #Merakiversary celebration this month as we celebrate the 1st year at Crafty Meraki! I have a new die set to share that I designed for Crafty Meraki called Times Square which works perfectly on slimline or mini slimline designs and paired it with the new G-llama-rous Birthday stamps!

I used these new Crafty Meraki products:

• G-llama-rous Birthday stamps
• Times Square die

I began with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base.

For the background, I first trimmed a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock to fit my card front and die cut the stitched framed squares closer to the top to have room for my sentiment. I then inked the stitched inside squares with tumbled glass and inked around the frames with cracked pistachio and splattered with mowed lawn using a damp paintbrush.

While that dried, I stamped the llamas and scenery images, colored them with copic markers and fussy cut them out. I then stamped the sentiment along the center of the bottom panel, adhered to the card front with foam tape and glued the stitched squares inside. I then arranged my images around the squares to create a fun design and finished with some green jewels!
