How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to deliver your orders to you as quickly as possible! 


We normally ship orders for in stock products within 24-48 hours of you placing the order (excluding weekends). 


If there are exceptional circumstances where we cannot ship within that , we will notify you by email. 

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number(if available) as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We hate shipping charges as much as you do. So, we are pleased to be able to offer the most economical shipping rates:

ALL USA orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $5.00!!

ALL USA orders above $50 ship FREE!   

Shipping will be calculated at checkout for all international orders regardless of the order amount.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. The delivery of the order after we ship is entirely up to the carriers.

In general you can expect your items to be delivered within 10-14 days for domestic (USA) orders once shipped.

International orders can and will take longer.

Please note that the delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change based on the carrier statuses.

We will provide you a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track your order via the carrier. 

Do You Ship International?

We can ship your order anywhere in the world where postal mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL can deliver. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight.

Orders and Returns

Can I cancel an Order?

We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. That is, once you receive a shipment notification email, we cannot cancel your order. 
If the order has not yet shipped, please email us and we will do our best to cancel your order. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account in order to check out. You can simply choose to check out as a guest. 

How can I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost.

The product returned must be new and unopened.

For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.
