Return Approval and Timeframe

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package.

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact us via email, providing your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and could be subject to additional fees.

Condition of Returned Products

2. No returns will be accepted for used products.

 Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Any sign of usage will result in the return being denied.

3. Normal Wear and Tear:

Items that exhibit normal wear and tear, which occurs due to natural aging and usage, are not eligible for return.

Incorrect or Defective Items

4. Products Received in Error:

If you receive items you didn’t order, or if parts are missing, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the error by sending you the correct items free of charge.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error. 

6. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for returned items that are opened or have damaged packaging.

7. Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

8. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
