Shipping Carriers and Options

1. Domestic Shipping:

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic packages, opting for the most economical choice. If you have an urgent order, please upgrade your shipping option during checkout.

2. International Shipping:

For international packages, we use DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment.

3. Timeframe:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, except for orders placed during sales and major events.

4. Varied Shipping Times:

Due to high volumes during sales, shipping times can vary widely and may be delayed by a few weeks. We communicate all shipping timeframes and delays via email to keep you updated.

Cancellations and Changes

5. No Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

6. No Changes:

We are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order before finalizing it.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously placed orders.

Tracking and Communication

8. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can use this number to track their package.

Any delays in shipping are communicated through email. Please add our email address to your address book to ensure you do not miss any important information.

Carrier and Delivery Time Control

10. No Control Over Carrier Delays:

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Crafty Meraki does not have control over the delivery times. We cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe once the package is with the shipping carrier.

11. Shipping Fees:

We are proud to offer flat $5 shipping for all domestic USA orders below $100 and offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders above $100. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

12. Lost Packages:

Crafty Meraki is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

13. International Customs:

Additional customs and duty fees may apply for international shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
