Layered roses by Ishani

I love CAS cards and that's what I have for you today! For my card I have used the Crafty Meraki Rose garden layering stamp and used 4 purple inks for layering my flower and 3 green inks for my leaves. The layering guide included with the stamp set, makes layering the stamps very easy. You can cut the flowers and leaves out using the coordinationg Rose garden para dies, I had fussy cut the flower and leaves. 

For the sentiment, I die cut 'birthday' from the Crafty Meraki - happy birthday shadow word die. The beauty of this die is that it cuts three layers. I only took the inner most word die cut and with Wilted violet distress ink, I sponged on the lower half of the word. The card panel is top folding textured cardstock. After I adhered the rose and leaves I added my die cut sentiment with foam dots and stamped Happy from Holi hai stamp set and added some dew drops to finish off the card!

As I mentioned earlier, these flowers are very easy to layer and the guide makes it easier. For my next project I used one of the other Rose layers to stamp repeatedly, a floral pattern on my paper. Then I masked the roses and stamped the leaves. I used various pink dye inks for layering my roses and green dye inks for my leaves.

Then I die cut my stamped panel from the Crafty Meraki Love slimline tag die and cut hugs and kisses from the same set, twice with black cardstock, which I then stacked and adhered.

To finish off the tag I added ribbon and glossy accents to the hugs and kisses die cut.
