Easy Diecuts from Patterned Paper

Easy Diecuts from Patterned Paper

Hello there! It's Andrea back to share an easy way to achieve beautiful flowers with no coloring!

To create my lilies, I diecut a few papers from the Color Cascade Paper Pack with a die from the Artisan Flora Wreath Builder Dies. These patterned papers have such lovely gradations in color and give so much dimension and realism to the blooms! For the foliage, I simply diecut a few blooms from a green paper and cut them apart. I assembled each lily with a combination of thin 3D foam and liquid adhesive.

From an A2 panel of white card, I diecut an arch. I embossed a vellum panel with an embossing folder from my stash and glued it behind the arch. I adhered the piece to a panel of light pink cardstock with foam tape and affixed it to a white card.

That lovely sentiment is from the Gilded Greetings Hot Foil Plate. I foiled it with Rose Gold Glimmer Foil and diecut it with the coordinating die. After arranging my flowers inside the arch (I adhered them with a combination of thin 3D foam and liquid adhesive), I affixed my sentiment with foam tape. For some sparkle I finished with a few pink gems.

Thanks for stopping by!
