Creating a Love & Peace Rose (Slimline Card)

Hello! It's Kari here with a new card and video to share using the NEW Meraki Flora Rose dies. I show you how to create a Love & Peace Rose in this video today to create a slimline card.

I started with some white cardstock and some ink blending to get that gorgeous yellow rose with pink edges. I think the Love & Peace rose just might be my favorite! I also share a "Cherry Parfait" rose in the video, which is a white rose with red/dark pink edges.

This Rose Flora die is so easy to assemble and it creates the most beautiful blooms! Please watch the video to see the assembly and creation of this rose and card.

For the background I used four different colors of Oxide Ink Sprays, then added a bit of ink blending around the edges. This makes those ROSES just POP right off the card!

In order to fit as many roses as I could on this card, I elected to do a slimline card. I used the roses and leaves to frame that HI Foiled and die cut sentiment in the center. If you haven't already, check out the new release in the Crafty Meraki shop!
