Hello, crafters and happy Wednesday!! Brenda back with you today sharing a floral "best wishes" card featuring the stunning Whimsical Magnolias Press-Tacular Plate!!
I began by pressing the Whimsical Magnolias Press-Tacular Plate onto white cardstock using InkOn3 Blackout Ink and a BetterPress System. I colored the magnolias with Copic markers and cut them out with the Coordinating Die.
For the background, I die-cut the Wholeheartedly A2 Background Die from white cardstock. I adhered an A2 panel of vellum to the back of the die-cut and adhered it to an A2 panel of light pink cardstock. (I wanted a super light pink background and didn't have cardstock as light as I wanted, so I added vellum.) The second largest die in the Frame-Worthy Die Set was cut from pink cardstock.
For the sentiment, I pressed the Gilded Expressions Press-Tacular Plate onto white cardstock with dark pink ink using the BetterPress. I used the Coordinating Die to cut it out, along with three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock. They were stacked and adhered together using liquid glue.
The frame die-cut was adhered to the background panel using liquid glue.
The magnolias and sentiment were arranged and also adhered with liquid adhesive.
A trio of Rosy Opal Gems, added with a Bling Buddy, highlights the sentiment and finishes off the card.
