Happy Friday, friends! Irene here with a fun project you can make with the family. I used the new Crafty Meraki Gilded Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate and the Crafty Meraki Tinsel Ornament Layering die. The finished product can be a gift tag or an ornament. The kids will love it!
I began with the Holiday Greeting Hot Foil Plate. I hot-foiled silver onto white cardstock and used the coordinating die to cut them out. Next, I die-cut the Tinsel Ornament several times using different cardstock styles. I chose silver, ivory, and vellum cardstock, which would go well with my gift wrap under my tree. I cut the solid shape in vellum and used silver and ivory for the detailed cuts.
I stacked each layer as I liked and adhered them with liquid glue. Next, I added sentiments to each ornament and tied a ribbon at the top. My daughter and I used what we put together as gift tags and hung a few on our tree.
I hope you liked this fun project! Thanks for reading along, and have a fabulous weekend!
