Season's Wishes by Lounon

Hello everyone ! Lounon here !

I love a beautiful glittery and shiny holiday card but sometimes I like a more natural and soft look. So today, I am sharing with you a rounded earth tones card I made with the beautiful Crafty Meraki Christmas Flower Layering die set and the sentiments from the Merry Slimline Tag and the Greetings Slimline Tag die sets.

First, I used my Christmas Flower Layering die set to cut the parts of my flower into patterned paper and kraft cardstock. I also die cut my sentiment (four times each word into kraft cardstock). I stacked and glued them together.

I put my flower together. I gently shaped the petals around a rounded pen. I inked the tips of the petals and the bottom of my sentiments with brown alcohol markers to add some depth.

For the base of my card, I die cut two circles into kraft cardstock and patterned paper.

I matted and layered them and glued twine on it.

Finally, I glued my flower and my sentiment on my card.

Et voilà !

May the craft be with you !
