Hi y’all, my (Debby’s) turn again to show you a new card with this week theme: colorblocking. I love colorblocking with my clothes and of course also in my cards. A have a few favorite combination for example blue and orange, red and green or like todays card , red and pink.
I started with the base of the card and therefore I masked of some strips and blended red and pink into some white cardstock. Therefore I used a distress oxide in candied Apple and a distress ink picked raspberry. Irolled the “hi” die trough my embossing machine with 3 different kind of paper: pink, red and metallic roze. The light pink “Hi” I heat embossed with a pink embossing powder, this powder from “card deco” contains some black specks and calls “fuchsia”.
From the newest release I used from the “Wreath” dieset only 2 flowers and the leaves from the “rose” dieset. I cut these flowers and leaves in red, pink and green with my machine, and putting everything together.
