Hi y’all, it is my turn (Debby) for a blogpost again. It is shaker week this week and this beautiful Tuesday I happily want to show you my shakercard.
I new right away that I wanted to use the “Emma meraki dies” for this peek trough shaker. This dieset is absolutely stunning and perfect if you such as me love floral themed cards.
With different colors of paper I diecutted the flowers and leaves, I picked out green, purple pink, yellow and petrol. I think this color combination is so super beautiful, don’t you agree?
For the front of the card I used an a6 rectangle shaped die and a circle. The circle I used for creating a window. I taped the Emma flowers only half way in different hights.
For the inside of this card I used white cardstock (a4) which I folded in half and cut the exact same size as our front. I also created a window on the left panel at the same place as our front. With a good quality of tape and acetate I made my shaker and placed the front of the card.
For the inside of this card I picked out these beautiful birds from the “paradise birds” set and placed them together with the branch. I finished it with a cute sentiment and some extra flowers.
