Paeonia Japonica Slimline Thank you card

Paeonia Japonica Slimline Thank you card

Hello, crafty friends!! I hope your Thursday is off to a great start!!

I have a slimline thank you card to share with you today that combines the Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Paeonia Japonica and Honey Bee Slimline Sentiments Eyelet Dies.

I began by stamping the Paeonia Japonica stamp set twice onto a 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" panel of white cardstock with InkOn3 Fadeout Ink. I wanted to do some no-line COPIC coloring on these stunning florals! After coloring them with Copics, I splattered the panel with the same colors, concentrating the splatters on the white area of the panel. (I just flicked my marker on the inside of the coordinating cap.)

I die cut the sentiment four times and the frame once from pink cardstock using the Slimline Sentiments Eyelet Dies. I absolutely LOVE the font in this set!! It also includes "hello" and "happy", along with the "thanks" sentiment. I stacked and adhered the sentiment die-cuts, then added it to the center of the panel and adhered the delicate frame around the perimeter. A yellow gel pen adds dots for stamen on the flowers and creates some additional depth.

Thanks so much for hanging out with me today!! Enjoy your weekend and I'll see you soon!!
