Hello, fellow crafters!! Brenda here with a birthday tag featuring the Birthday Party ESP and the Birthday Slimline Tag Die Set!! Such a fitting tag, as today is my mom's birthday!!
I began by foiling a panel of paper from the Birthday Party ESP with blue and purple foil and the Fuse Foiling System. It was die-cut with the tag die in the Birthday Slimline Tag Die Set.
Next, I die-cut "happy" from the Birthday Slimline Tag Die Set once from black glitter cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. "Birthday", from the same die set, was cut once from purple glitter cardstock and black cardstock, then heavyweight white cardstock three times. The black layer was adhered behind the purple one, slightly offset. The rest of the layers were adhered together using liquid glue, then adhered to the tag.
I added some black and white ribbon through the slit in the top of the tag, then tied a bow of black and white twine around the ribbon. That's it!! So great to add to a gift or adhere it to the front of a card!!
