Elegant Gratitude and New Patterned Paper

Hi there! It's Andrea back with you. Today, Crafty Meraki is releasing five new patterned paper pads and has an InstaHop with a giveaway, too.

My card combines papers from two of the new patterned paper pads: Rainbow Canopy and Color Cascade. That gorgeous paper in the background is from the Rainbow Canopy pad. I trimmed it to slightly smaller than A2 and affixed it to a white card.

The ombre paper behind my sentiment is from the Color Cascade pad. Using some dies from my stash, I created a white frame and trimmed the patterned paper to size. After adhering the frame to my ombre paper with foam tape, I attached the piece to my card.

To create my sentiment, I applied Rose Gold Glimmer Foil to white cardstock with the Gilded Greetings Hot Foil Plate. I diecut the panel with the coordinating die and popped up my sentiment with foam tape.

To embellish my card, I diecut pink cardstock and vellum with the smaller sprig from the Laurel Leaf Para-Dies. I layered the sprigs together and attached them to my card with a combination of liquid adhesive and foam squares. I finished the card with a bit of gold cord and a few pink gems.
