On a piece of watercolour paper cut to 4.25x5.5, do a very light soft layer of pink watercolour. Be careful not to add too much, as I wanted only a hint of pink and to keep the feminine and delicate feel of this. The colour will soften a bit as it dries, so if you want to add more colour, be sure to work in layers and allow to dry in between. I added only 1 layer of colour to it.
Diecut the Hi sentiment from white cardstock using the top 2 delailed layers of the 3. Adhere these 2 layers together to form the sentiment. Adhere the Hi to the cwatercolour background and add this to an A2 (4.25x5.5") cardbase. Arrange the butterflies on the background and going in an angle from one corner to another. Add the final touches of a little sparkle using the Meraki Sparkle Clear gems.
And that's it! I absolutely love the soft and feminine feel of this and of course the beautful delicateness that the vellum lends is just perfect. And well, butterflies first came to mind.
Thank you very much for stopping by today and joining me on the blog. I hope that I have helped to inspire you in some way. I wish you all the most wonderful day and until next time, Michelle :)
