Hey there everyone, this is Juhi. Today, I'm sharing a couple of cards using the MFT Stamps Loosely Lined Flowers Background Stamp.
I am so inspired by my teamie Mansi's work using distress reinkers as watercolor mediums, I just had to try it out! And, I am so glad I did!
The rich pigmented colors are a joy to work with. For my first card, I heat embossed the stamped image with white embossing powder and loosely watercolored with distress reinkers.
I added my favorite black and white splatters and a gold frame to bring it all together.
For my second card, I decided to add a black background. I first stamped the image with Ink On 3 fadeout ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I then colored in the flowers with watercolor markers and added details with colored pencils and a white posca pen. Following this, I colored in the background with a black marker and added gold splatters to finish the card.
