Have you ever heard of a "kitchen sink" recipe? It's where you take whatever delicious bits you have left over and toss it into the batter to create something absolutely mouthwatering! In this class, we will use that same concept to transform our scraps into a yummy set of cards and tags.

• Retreat Kit
• Crafty Meraki "Be Your Own Kind of Cupcake" Effortless Artistry Paper Pad (or Crafty Meraki "Be Your Own Kind of Cupcake" Stamp Set)
• Crafty Meraki "Be Your Own Kind of Cupcake" Meraki Para-Dies
• Crafty Meraki Sparkle Spectrum Rainbow Ombre Glitter Paper
• Acetate or clear film sheet 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
• (2) Water color cardstock 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
• (2) Vellum scrap strips at least 1-1/2" wide & 4" long
• (2) White cardstock scrap strips at least 1-1/2" wide & 4" long
• (4) White folded card bases 3-1/2" x 5" (Envelope size: 4-Bar/Invitation)
• Tag die approx 1/2" smaller than card bases
• Nesting A2 rectangle die set 
• Circle die or punch approximately 2.25" across
• Hole punch or Crop-o-Dile
• Small shape/confetti punch or die
• Sequins/gems of choice
• White twine and/or yarn
• Colorful thread (to complement cupcake colors)
• Splatter/spray (optional)
• Alcohol markers (to complement cupcake colors)
• Distress Oxides or blending inks (to complement cupcake colors)
• Ink blending tools
• Foam adhesive
• Liquid & dry adhesives
• Paper trimmer

Meet Laura

Hey! Howdy! Hey! I'm Laura Evangeline. I grew up in Texas, and have called many places "home" over the years thanks to the military. We're fairly certain the moves are well behind us and have finally settled in Tennessee. I'm a full time nurse, but my heart is drawn to more creative ventures like gardening, woodworking, & painting. More than anything though I truly love to make cards. I'm looking forward to getting together with fellow makers during our time together. It's such a treat to take pause from daily routines and refill my creative cup among such wonderful and supportive people.
