Watercolor Wonder Magnolias with Juhi

Hello everyone, it's Juhi. Magnolias are one of my favorite things about summer ever since we moved to California. The large, creamy white southern magnolia flowers are my favorite variety.
 I land up getting all Magnolia stamps out there and the latest ones by MFT Stamps are my preferred Magnolia stamps these days.
For my first card, I 've tried to create the dense green foliage effect of the Southern Magnolia Trees.
I colored in the stamped images with watercolors and added details with colored pencils.
I left the flowers largely white and added greens and traces of pink in the background to enhance the white flowers.
For my second card, I used the colored Magnolia image which I had colored for the daily marker challenge.
I fussy cut the image and mounted it on kraft cardstock with some white splatters.
