There’s No One Like You Mini Slimline Tag Card by Brenda

I have a mini slimline tag card to share with you today that would be perfect for Valentine’s Day!!

I began by stamping the darling critters and love banner from the Love FURever Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copics, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I die-cut “love” from reddish-mauve glitter cardstock once and heavyweight white cardstock twice, then cut the tag two times from heavyweight white cardstock using the Love Slimline Tag Die Set. I wanted some texture on the tag, so I ran one of them through my die-cut machine with the Mini Slimline Wholeheartedly Die and an embossing pad to emboss the image, instead of die-cutting it. The “love” die-cuts were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue.

“With” and “there’s no one like you”, from the All My Love Stamp Set, were white heat embossed onto black cardstock strips. The sentiment strips and die-cuts were all popped up with foam adhesive. I added some red and white polka-dot ribbon at the top to connect the two tags together and this card was finished.

I love sending cards that have a different shape and tying two of these tags together is the perfect way to do this!!
