Squeal the spotlight by Lounon

Hello everyone ! Lounon here !

Today, I share with you a card I made with the adorable Hogs & Kisses stamp set.

First, I used my stitched die to cut two rectangles into white cardstock.

I took the plain circle piece of my moon stencil and put it on one of the rectangles. If you don't have one you can just die cut a circle and use it as a mask. I inked around the border of my circle with my Distress Oxide Scattered
Straw to make the glowing effect.

Then, I let my circle on my panel and used my Royal Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pad to ink the rest of the panel. I made the edges darker and went softer around the moon.

After that, I splattered some of my ink with a water and a brush.
I removed my circle and applied my Distress Oxide Scattered Straw with the second part of the stencil to add details. If you don't have it you can leave it plain or add some details with a marker, be careful to leave a lot of white if you want a shining moon.

After that, I used the two stars of the Hogs & Kisses stamp set. I stamped them with a watermark inkpad and embossed them with my Wow Metallic Gold embossing powder.

Then, I took the second white rectangle and used my cloud border die on it.
I inked it with my Royal Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pad and Distress Oxide Scattered Straw. I stamped my sentiment with my watermark inkpad and embossed it with gold powder. I glued my cloudy panel on the big rectangle.

After that, I stamped my little pig and his balloon and colored him with my markers. I used my Copics R85 R83 R81 R20 R00 / B18 B14 B12 and Y11.
I fussy cut him and glued him on my card.

Finally, I glued my panel on a bigger blue card base.

Et voilà !

May the craft be with you !
