polar opposites

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I have a cute critter card to share today.

Primarily, I used only two products for today's card- MFT Stitched Collage frame Die-namics and MFT Polar Opposites stamp set. I absolutely love the Collage frame Die-namics! When you colour a bunch of images and don't know where to place them on your card, this die can be immensely helpful. That was what I did for today's card. Here is my card

 

I started by stamping the images on watercolour cardstock using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I coloured the images using Daniel Smith watercolors. I only had to add shadows mostly.

 

 

After colouring, I fussy cut all the images. Then, I die cut the collage frame from a white cardstock. On another piece of cardstock measuring the as the diecut, I sponged some blue ink to ground my images in the collage.

 

After adhering the collage diecut on the inked panel, I adhered the images and stamped the sentiment. Finally adhered the die cut panel on the card base.
