Plaid Bloom

Hello Friends, Waleska Galindo here with some inspiration for you mixing some new and old products, the beautiful new Luxe Plaid Pattern paper and my all time favorite Canopy Leaf Dies.

CARD DETAILS:

For this card I started by choosing the color palette, there are so many colors to choose from this beautiful pattern paper I decided on the lilac and yellow.  I wanted the plaid pattern to be the focal point on my card, to do that I cut a lilac card base and a plaid panel.  I then cut a white panel and I added some shading with Oxide Ink Shaded Lilac I cut the silhouette of the Canopy Leaf die in the center so that the plaid paper can be shown.

I adhered this panel to the base card and stamped the beautiful sentiment from the You Inspire Me stamp set and some gems from the Lavender Luster Opal Gems, so easy beautiful right?  With this idea you can give your pattern paper a great use as the focal point on a card.
