Peek-a-boo Card by Karthikha

Hello crafty friends,

Karthikha here! I'm back with another fun interactive card this month - a Peek-a-boo card :) This is a really cool design that surprises the recipient, watch the video to see how it works! I followed the tutorial by Jennifer McGuire.

I've used blue cardstock for the main card folds. The front panel is stenciled using the Birthday Balloons stencil, and white pigment ink. The adorable dragon images are from the Flaming Birthday stamp set. I've stamped them using black ink and heat embossed in clear embossing powder. I then colored them using Arteza real brush pens and alcohol ink markers. I die-cut the images using a circle die that is a little bigger than the circle window on the panels. I assembled the mechanism as per the tutorial and finished the card by using some gems from Enchanted Forest and Blue Lagoon.

I also made a matching envelope just to add more interest :)
