I thought I would create some hanging mistletoe with the Canopy Leaf Die Set!! I know the leaves are shaped a bit different, but I think it works!!
I began by die-cutting the Canopy Leaf Dies and the bow from the Take A Bow 2 Die Set from white cardstock. I colored them with Copic markers, then set them aside to work on the background.
The Craft-A-Round Die was cut from white cardstock and adhered to a white A2 card base with liquid glue. The leaf sprigs and bow were also adhered to the background with liquid glue. The sentiment, from the Magical Christmas Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto red cardstock, then trimmed into a narrow strip. I popped it up toward the bottom of the card with foam adhesive.
For the final touch, I added some sparkle to the berries with a glitter pen and some shine with crystal glaze.
Does it resemble mistletoe to you? I love it!!!
