Miss You Vellum Card by Irene

Happy Friday, friends! Irene here with a simple yet elegant floral card featuring vellum. For this project, I used the Love Forever stamp set.

I began with an A2-sized card panel and stamped the image to the top left quarter of the panel in blue ink. I stamped the sentiment to the lower right. Next, I prepared vellum with anti-static powder and stamped the image in clear embossing ink. I poured gold embossing powder and heat set it with my heat gun.

I wanted a vellum overlay with a peekabo outline behind it. To invisibly adhere the vellum to the panel, I stamped a double-sided adhesive sheet and fussy cut the only portion I wanted utterly flat.

I removed the film from the back of the fussy-cut adhesive sheet and applied it over the panel. Next, I removed the top film from the adhesive sheet and carefully lined the vellum. I pressed the down with even pressure to make sure the vellum adhered well. I lightly curled the edges up. Finally, I added Sparkle Gold gems.
