It's Your Birthday by Chitra

Hello friends,

I started by taking a white cardstock panel and used oxide inks to do some ink blending then I splattered some water for the effect. I took Birthday Balloons stencil and used my white Alabaster ink to create a shadow balloon background. Once everything was dry I splattered some gold watercolor on the panel. 

I stamped the cute dragon image on Neenah solar white cardstock and colored it using copic markers, and cut it out with scissors. I adhered the dragon on a small stitched square die-cut piece and adhered it using foam squares. 

The sentiment is heat embossed using WOW gold embossing powder and adhered that as well using foam squares. I also added few Meraki gold opal gems for embellishment.
