Hot Foil Background with ESPs

Happy Friday, friends! Irene here with an ultra sparkly " Hello" card.
This week's theme is backgrounds, so I used the Crafty Meraki Effortless Shimmer Paper—Arabesque ESP for this project.

I began by placing rainbow Deco Foil over a sheet of ESP and running it through my Scotch Laminating Machine. Make sure your machine is warmed up and in the correct setting. I often make many backgrounds during one crafty session to use later. I removed the foil negative and saved it for another project. I cut the ESP to 4x5.25 inches and added it to an A2-sized panel with liquid glue.

Next, I created the sentiment. I stamped "Hello" and "Friend" with Catherine Pooler ink. I used Fiesta Blue for "Hello" and Firty Fuschia for "friend." I used the second layer from the Meraki Moments Hello Para-dies to cut the stamped Hello and three additional layers. I stacked them and added them to the panel with liquid glue. Next, I trimmed "friend' with the Honey Bee Stamps Mini Messages dies and glued it to the stacked sentiment.

I used Meraki Sparkle Gold, Persian Green, and Purple Dream over the dots in the background design. I used the bling buddy and Twinkle Tray to help me quickly sort and pick up the size I needed.
