Happy Monday everyone, it's Juhi
. Today I'm sharing 2 cards featuring the super adorable MFT stampset designed by Stacey Yacula called Hooray Kind of Day
I’m more of a floral card maker but the images on this set are just too cute to resist! They were an absolute delight to color, and work so well with slimline card designs both in the horizontal and vertical orientation.
I went with no-line copic coloring for the first card. I stamped the images with Inkon3 fadeout ink and colored with copic markers, once I was done coloring I added some fur details with an HB pencil and fussy cut them. Here's a closer look at the cuties.
I wanted to create a scene with the critters marching up a hill in a procession. I achieved the look by using the hillsides stencil from MFT stamps with distress inks on watercolor cardstock. To finish the card I stuck the critters on the background panel with double-sided foam tape.
I went with watercolored images for my second card.
These were quick and easy to color.
Here's the list of supplies I used:
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
