Sindhu here. I hope you are all doing well. Today, I have a cute card to share with you, that's perfect for Mother's day. 

Crafty Meraki recently released an adorable critter set called Mama Bear that has mom- baby images. The sentiments are very cute too. 

For today's card, I decided to use the giraffes. Let's look at the card...

I started with stamping the images with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured them using Copic markers. I fussy cut out the images and kept them ready. 

Then, I die cut a rectangular frame using two rectangle dies from light aqua cardstock.  I made sure that the opening was big enough for the background to be visible enough as well. 

Then, from a white cardstock sheet, using Olivia mini slimline Meraki Para-dies, I cut out the gorgeous leafy background. I made sure the die cut remained intact and and the tiny pieces didn't fall off. I used a blending brush and gently went over it with green colour. Then splattered some water on the die cut. 

On a scrap paper, I adhered the Olivia die cut and adhered it behind the aqua frame. Then, adhered the panel on a white card base. 

I stamped the sentiment on a piece of white cardstock and cut it into a narrow strip. Finally, adhered the images to finish the card.
