Have a Sweet Birthday Mini Slimline by Brenda

Happy Thursday, friends!! Brenda here with a mini slimline birthday card to share with you today!!

I began by stamping the cupcake and sentiment from the Be Your Own Kind of Cupcake Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored the cupcake with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then cut it out with the Coordinating Die. The sentiment was trimmed into a narrow strip.

For the background, I die-cut the Party Balloons Mini Slimline Die from black cardstock three times. I layered and adhered them together with liquid glue, then adhered them to a panel of black cardstock.

The sentiment and cupcake were both popped up with foam adhesive. A few Sparkle Midnight Shimmer Illusion Gems add a bit of shine.
