Happy spring mini slimeline

My last card for the CM blog from my hand (Debby). And for my last card I want to show you my mini for the theme this week, namely mini slimline. Although I absolutely love this shape I can’t remember when I made this size for the last time.

I start this card by coloring the tulips from the love like no other set with my Karin markers.

For the background I cut an watercolor paper 53/4 inch by 23/4 and with the help with some acetate, water and some green and purple Karin’s I created this soft background.

After everything was dry I taped and glued the tulips on our paper. For the background I picked a soft purple pattern paper and before I placed this behind our card I gently wrapped some golden tread around it. I finished this card with the “happy spring” sentiment which comes also from the same set.
