Hello there! Joy here and today I would like to share a card I made using the Galentine’s Stamp Set by Crafty Meraki.
I started by stamping the image on a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Then I fussy cut it with my cutter bee scissors and coloured it using my Copic Markers.
Below are the colours I used:
Floral tiara - R27, R22, R20, G19, YG13, YG11
Girl 1:
Skin - E33, E13, E11, E00
Hair - BV29, BV25, BV23, BV20
Dress - RV09, RV14, RV13
Wine - R89, R39, R29, R24, N3, N0, 0
Girl 2:
Skin - E11, E21, E00, E000
Hair - E49, E47, E44, E43
Dress and accessory - YR09, YR04, Y38
Wine - R89, R39, R29, R24, N3, N0, 0
To create the background, I first, smooshed Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Barn Door and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Inks on to my media mat. Then I used a rough brush, dabbed it in the ink, and inked a black A2 cardstock. Next, I splattered white gouache on the background using a round brush.
I then cut a piece of Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock to 1 * 4 1/4 inches using my trimmer to create the balcony. After that, I drew the top slab of the panel using my Copic Multiliner Pen. Then I coloured the balcony using my Copic Markers - C9, C7, C5 and C3.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set using Obsidian Pigment Ink and fussy cut it with my cutter bee scissors. I then assembled the card panel and stuck it on a card base using art glitter glue.
Thank you for joining me today. I hope to see you again next week. Have a beautiful day.
Crafty hugs,
Joy
