Hello Friends, Chitra here with a card and today I am playing with this gorgeous stamp set called Penelope's Garden..
First I stamped the image on a smooth white cardstock, then I used waffle flower crafts spotlight hexagon stencil and did some inkblending using oxide inks.
I used a happy birthday die from MFT stamps to die-cut the sentiment out of silver cardstock and white heat embossed the rest of the sentiment on a purple cardstock using white embossing powder.
I used Celeste Green sparkle gems from Crafty Meraki for embellishment..
