Floral Birthday Card by Brenda

Hello, crafters and card makers!! I hope your week is going well!! Brenda here with a floral birthday card today!!

I began by die-cutting the Whimsical Magnolia EAP with the Coordinating Die. I also white heat embossed the “happy birthday” sentiment onto black cardstock using the Whimsical Magnolia Stamp Set and cut it out with the Coordinating Die. I decided I wanted a bit of yellow in my flowers, so I chose a pale yellow Copic marker and added it to the lighter areas of the die-cut blooms.

The floral and yellow paper are both from the For the Love of Flowers Paper Pad. I wrapped pink and white gingham ribbon around the panels before adhering them to my white card base. The magnolias and sentiment were all popped up with foam adhesive.

Lastly, I added a pink gingham bow and lots of Daffodil Dew Drops to finish it off.

That’ll do it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!!
