Embroidery Hoop as a base of inspiration

Embroidery Hoop as a base of inspiration

Good morning!

Time for another inspiration. I think I will surprise you a little this time.

I decided to depart from the traditional form of cards for a while and made a decoration that can be successfully hung on the wall of a child's room. In this way, I wanted to show you that handcraft really has many faces, and it's only up to us which way we go. Of course, it is known that the main purpose of embroidery hoop is somewhat different. But after all, no one will prohibit us from using our imagination and creativity. :)

So, as you can see, I was tempted to use the embroidery hoop as a base for my inspiration. I thought to myself that the ideal stamp set to use in this form would be my own "Roaring good time". I decided that this time the outlines would be gray to make the whole composition appear delicate. Traditionally, I colored the stamps with alcohol markers and finished with Gelly Roll, adding some white accents. I completed the whole composition with part of a stamp from the "Loving Heart" set. I think it is almost not visible that it was supposed to be a heart-shaped stamp. All it took was a little idea, scissors and done. :)

I will tell you honestly that I am tempted to make other versions of such embroidery hoop inspiration. It is very possible that I will come back here with such an idea at some point, but in a different arrangement. And now I wish you a beautiful weekend and a lot of creativity!

Beata
