Dream Big Slimline card by Laura

Hello Meraki friends!! I'm Laura, today I want to share one more card that i made with the new #merakiversary release! 😊

This release is extra special as the month of May is Crafty Meraki's birthday month! I hope you like all the products in this release. 

To start I used the "CM Stargazer Mini Slimline Para-Dies" which I cut from gold cardstock and white card stock. Next, I separated the stars and coloured them with distress oxide inks in the colors "Kirtch flamingo", "Salvage patina" and "Shaded lilac". I also gave them a little more depth by ink blending more color in the corners to make them stand out.

Now we are going to prepare the background: for this I used a white cardstock that I also ink blended with distress oxide inks- "Salvage patina", "Tumbled glass" and "Salty ocean". I also did some splashes with watercolors in turquoise and white.

 

Then I stamped the sentiment from the "CM Born to Sparkle Stamps set" with "MFT Extreme Black Hybrid Ink Pad" on a white cardstock and I gave it a little dimension with foam. 

To decorate I used the "Meraki Sparkle Divine Illusion" and "Meraki Sparkle African violet" that give a super nice touch to the projects!!

To finish, I prepared the composition, glued the pieces and it is the result!!
