Diwali cards inspiration galore

Diwali cards inspiration galore

Hello friends, it's Juhi! I am back with my inspiration post for Crafty Meraki.  I'm sharing 2 cards I have made using the Crafty Meraki Happy Diwali Clear Stamp Set

Diwali usually means meeting up and spending time with friends and family which might not be possible this year. The next best thing would be to send out handmade cards to your near and dear ones to show how much they mean to you! Crafty Meraki's gorgeous Diwali stamp release is perfect for this! Check out all the stamps here

I made 2 mail friendly Diwali cards with coordinating envelopes.
These are not my usual go to color combos, I drew inspiration from saree colors to create these. Here's a closer look at the first card.
I have used Distress Oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Fossilized Amber, Pickled Raspberry and Seedless Preserves to create the ink blended background. I used the Crafty Meraki craft-a-round slimline die as a stencil to add some interest to the ink blended backgound.
I stamped the focal image and sentiment with Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink. I also made a co-ordinating envelope and stamped and gold heat embossed the same image on the envelope.
Here's my second card for the day
The distress oxide colors used on this one are - Squeezed Lemonade, Fossilized Amber, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Voilet.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Wishing you and your loved ones a very Happy Diwali!
