Hello everyone !
Today, I share with you something a little different. I decided to make a home decor piece with the beautiful Loving Heart stamp set and coordinate dies. I think it could make for a nice, small wedding gift.
First, I stamped the heart wreath and the individual flower onto marker-friendly cardstock with a black inkpad. I colored them with my markers. I used my Copics E15 E13 E11 Y15 Y11 for the yellow parts : C3 C1 C0 for the white parts, YR18 Y38 for the orange parts and YG67 YG63 YG25 YG03 YG01. I used the coordinate dies to cut them and I fussy cut the extra white border around the single flower.
After that, I used the coordinate wreath die onto thick cardstock (I used oat boxes) four times and once onto yellow cardstock.
I glued two of the thick pieces together, glued my ribbon on it and glued the two other thick pieces.
I stamped my sentiment onto acetate (if you don't have a specific inkpad for this, you could stamp it with a watermark inkpad and emboss it). I glued the piece of acetate with the sentiment behind the colored heart and I glued an other piece of acetate behind the yellow heart.
I glued the colored heart on top of the thick hearts. I put sequins on the middle hole and glued the yellow heart to close the shaker part.
Et voilà !
May the craft be with you !
