Blue Angels Slimline card

Blue Angels Slimline card

I love the Heffy Doodle Stamps company for their adorable images to color up! I am so happy that Crafty Meraki is selling them in the US, it allows for me to get all the sets without having to pay extra shipping from overseas and I get it much quicker!

I used all these wonderful products from the Crafty Meraki store:

I began my card with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base which fits perfectly into your standard size envelopes.

For the background, I first inked a trimmed piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock and inked it with chipped sapphire, blueprint sketch and shaded lilac. To create the shaker I die cut the stitched frame from thick white cardstock and adhered a piece of pattern acetate behind it. I then added strips of foam tape and put the gold star sequins in and put my frame over it to seal the shaker.

Next, I stamped the angels, colored them with copic markers and fussy cut them out although they do have the coordinating dies to make your life easier. I then created the sentiment by heat embossing the "to a wonderful" in white on the curved banner and then iked with blueprint sketch and shaded lilac. I die cut multiple angel from scraps and the top layer from gold foil paper and glued under the banner.

To finish the card I added a few more clouds. I hope you are excited to have another great online store to find all of our favorite brands at! Take some time to scroll through, she is getting new stuff everyday!

Thank you for stopping by!
