Birthday Wishes by Chitra

Hello Friends, Chitra here with a card to share with you all today. I am using all the new #merakiversary release for this card.

I started by stamping and coloring this cute dragon from Flamin' Birthday stamp set and cut it out with matching dies. I took a white cardstock panel and used Birthday Balloons Stencil and Oxide inks to make this background, Once dry I added a layer of sparkle paste over it.

I took my oval die and cut out a panel using vellum sheet. The dragon is adhered over the vellum sheet using some foam squares. 

Sentiment is heat embossed on white cardstock using WOW Silver embossing powder and adhered with foam squares.
