Best Mom in the World!

Today some of my design team members are celebrating the latest Crafty Meraki release #merakicheer2 with a hop on Instagram! Be sure to check out all the inspiration from the design team. 

I am here to share a card using the Mama Bear stamp set along with Craft-a-Round A2 background die. 

I started out by die cutting the A2 background in white. Next, I stamped the cute Koala bears with copic friendly ink and colored them with alcohol markers adding details to create a background scene around the bears. I colored the edges of the frame black with copics to make it stand out a bit more.

I splattered some Black soot distress oxide ink lightly over the white background panel and mounted it over a soft pink panel. 

For the final card assemble I adhered the background panel, followed by mounting the top panel with foam tape, layered by the sentiment strip and some Ebony Opals to finish the card. 

I love the Craft-a-round die, so many options just by changing the background behind it!! And the images and sentiments from Mama bear are so perfect for Mother’s Day coming up soon!
