Hello everyone! I'm back with another Crafty Meraki project. Well the weather where I live is definitely getting warmer and soon it will be Spring, my favorite season! I'm sure the animals are also ready to leave their dens and burrows to get some nice fresh air. For my card today I used some sweet bears enjoying a nap and reading a book in their dens until they come out of hibernation.

For my card panel I used the slimline die view from my window cut from Bristol smooth cardstock. I thought it would be fun to use the windows as dens and create scenes with the sweet bears. To create my background I used MFT English brick stencil. I used a combination of red tone distress oxide inks in barn door and fired brick. I didn't want the white from the cardstock so I went over the entire panel with vintage photo. This also muted the red brick which I like a lot better. I also inked the edge of the panel with ground espresso.
I stamped the sweet bears from Den Sweet Den with hybrid ink. Then colored them with copic markers and used their coordinating dies to cut them out. I adhered the images with double sided foam tape onto the window panels. I did some heat embossing like the zzz's and the steam from the mug using vellum. I also heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock.
That is all for me today. Thanks for stopping by, till next time have a wonderful week ahead!!
