Today I have a quick simple mini slimline card to share. I am using the Dance in the Rain stamps, co-ordinating dies and the Timeless Frames mini Slimline frames.

I started by cutting out a mini slim line card base in light pink followed by cutting out the middle sized scallop frame in the same color card stock. Next I stamped and colored the peacock with copics in shades of teal, purples and gold/orange. Stamped image was cut out with its matching die from the set. 

For the layer I cut some holographic card stock 1/8 inch greater on each side than the purple background layer in order to bring a fun element to the card. Next I used the Sunrise Stencil from MFT to ink up a very light layer of sun rays in Spun Sugar distress Ink on the purple card stock and finished off by adhering the mini scallop frame to the purple background and stamping the sentiment in Versafine black ink. 

Finally I added some foam tape to the peacock for dimension and adhered it on the left hand corner with the sun rays focused right behind it. A few gems to add a little sparkle to the card and that’s it. It came together quickly and its perfect when you need a quick card for birthday or encouragement or just because!
